(Q). Where is the Swim Manager Data file kept and should I do a backup?
(A). Yes you should Backup the Swim Manager Data FileThe file that contains all your recorded data is the SwimManager_be.mdb file. This file is located in the following directory.C:\Program Files\Swim Manager\SwimManager_be.mdb It is recommend that you periodically backup this file. (Q). When I enter a date (ddmmyy) into Swim Manager I get an unexpected result. I entered 010501 and the date shows as 2001/05/01.
(A). Swim Manager will default to the date format that is selected in your system settings. To check your system settings you need to go to control panel from the start menu of your operating system and then select regional settings. After you have made the appropriate change Swim Manager should operate with the date format you are expecting. (Q). How do I delete a single event from the Entry Card screen if I have made a mistake or change my mind.
(A). This is done one of two ways depending on your system configuration. With a full version of MS Access 2000. A single entry can be deleted by clicking on the event number and then selecting Delete Record from the drop down edit menu. With the Runtime Version of MS Access 2000. A single entry can be deleted by clicking on the event number and then using Select Record from the drop down edit menu. Then you select Delete Record from the drop down edit menu
