Swim Manager 2.5j Upgrade
Note: It is recommended that you backup your data file periodically. The data file for Swim Manager is SwimManager_be.mdb. Never re-install the Swim Manager CD unless you have a current backup of this file. This file contains all your results and swimmer details.
Steps for downloading:
Click on "Click here to Download" to start the download.
When prompted, select "Save To Disk"
THIS DOES NOT REQUIRE A FLOPPY DISK, YOUR C DRIVE IS A DISK
You need to remember where you saved the file. An easy way to do this is to save it to your desktop. DO NOT save to your Swim Manager folder or any of its sub folders. When the download has finished, run the file by double clicking on it. This file is an upgrade only and will not operate without a prior version of Swim Manager installed

Swim Manager Version 2.5j patch.
1. Changes to Swimming Victoria Entry Cards
Swimming Victoria has made some changes to the event Entry Cards. These changes have been included in Swim Manager as an enhancement.

Swim Manager Version 2.5i patch.
1. Qualifying Time Analyser fix
Breaststroke National Qualifying Times were missing from the previous version. This issue has been resolved.We have released this version as a Product fix.
Note: Version 2.5h patch includes all previous fixes and enhancements.

Swim Manager Version 2.5h patch.
1. Qualifying Time Analyser
Provides current National, State and Country Qualifying Times. Produce a PB to Qualifying Time comparison report that calculates the required improvement to achieve your desired Qualifying Time.We have released this version as a Product Enhancement.

Swim Manager Version 2.5f patch.
1. Entry Card distanceThe entry card screen now allows users to select a distance that is not listed. For example you can type 33 meters. This maybe particularly useful to country swimmers.We have released this version as a Product Enhancement.

1. Software Performance
We have released this version as a Product Enhancement. Swim Manager runs faster.
Swim Manager Version 2.5d patch.
1. Performance Charts
We have released this version as a Product Enhancement. Swim Manager now includes Performance Charts
2. Data Export
You can now export data to Microsoft Excel. This can be done from the edit results screen.
It is recommended that you install this patch.

Swim Manager Version 2.01h patch.
1. Data file backup and restore
We have released this version as a Product Enhancement. Swim Manager now includes for your data safety, the added feature of backup and restore.
2. Event Age / Place
We have changed the Event Age field in the Results entry page. The field is now Event Age / Place. This field is still an optional field and only needs to be used if you choose to do so.The PB printed reports and Time Viewer printed reports now include this filed.An example of storing this information 12u / 2nd or Open / 14th
It is recommended that you install this patch.

Swim Manager Version 2.01G patch.
1. PB Viewer and Report Writer screen (View PBs) fix.
Some incorrect results can been reported, this issue has been resolved in Ver 2.01G
2. Font size increased on printed card.
The font size on some of the fields on the printed entry card has been increased. This change has been done to assist meet directors when entering data.
It is recommended that you install this patch.

Swim Manager Version 2.01f Enhancements.
1. Edit Times on Entry Card Screen
CONVERSION FACTORS ARE BACK IN Please note that Swimming Victoria Council meeting approval was given for the use of converted Short Course times when entering State and Country Championships. Previously disallowed by Australian Swimming for use at National events Victoria has agreed to allow its use for these two events. A 'Conversion Table' is being produced by Swimming Victoria and will be published in Swim News and on the Swimming Victoria website. To allow for conversions Swim Manager has been modified. Swim Manager will now let you edit times on the Entry Card Screen. In all previous versions of Swim Manager this was not possible.
2. Expiration of Official times
Swim Manager has been modified to allow for the expiration of official times. All recorded times will remain in the database but will not be used on the Entry Card Screen. Example In the event your times remain flat for a long period. A time was achieved on the 12/11/1999 and the Meet date you are entering is 02/02/2001. Swim Manager will not select this time as your PB. The time is no longer regarded as an official time because it has expired.
3. Exit Button
For simplicity of use we have added an Exit button to the Main Menu.

Attention 2.01c users
Swim Manager Version 2.01c has a few minor errors in operation. These errors only occur in the reports section of the PB viewer and Times in date order viewer and only under particular circumstances. The upgrade to Version 2.01e also rectifies these issues. These issues are not present in Version 2.01d or later.
