Swimming Victoria Green Entry Card
Swim Manager takes the hassle out of filling in a Swimming Victoria Green Entry Card. Follow a few easy steps and Swim Manager fills in the details for you. When you have completed the Entry Card it is time to print it. Simply press the printer icon to print onto a blank green card. Please ensure that the details are correct and then print the back of the card. Remember it is your responsibility to ensure all the details on the card are correct so double check them before you mail it to the meet organiser, and don't forget to sign it.

Name
Select from existing list.
If the Swimmer you require is not in the list you must add the Swimmer before you continue.
Swim Meet
Select from existing list.
If the Meet Name you require is not in the list you must add the Meet Name before you continue.
Date of Meet
Enter date of meet. Example the 1st may 2001 is entered as 010501.
Age as at first day of Meet
Automatically filled in for you however may be edited when required. An example is when the dates in the 'Rules of Meet' conflict.
Registration
Swim Manager automatically fills this field for you.
Club
Swim Manager automatically fills this field for you.
Date of Birth
Swim Manager automatically fills this field for you.
Age Now
Swim Manager automatically fills this field for you.
Official Time
Swim Manager Defaults to official time and will only report official times.
On occasions there may be swim meets that do not require officials times.
If this is the case deselect official times and Swim Manager will select the PB with the lowest time. Whether it is an official or unofficial time, Swim Manager will select the faster of the two.
Short Course
Swim Manager Entry Card will default to long course times, if you require short course times you must select Short Course.
Swim Manager will choose the fastest time from short course or long course times. If Swim Manager reports a long course time as the fastest time, this time will be entered without conversion.
Not selected - Swim Manager will only report long course times.
Event
Enter Event Number from' Program of Events'.
Stroke
Select from existing list.
Distance
Select from existing list.
Time, Venue, Date, Meet Name
Swim Manager automatically fills these fields.
Delete (icon next to printer icon)
Deletes events only. You may wish to enter additional events if you are competing in more than 10 events at the one swim meet.
Delete Card (icon on top right corner of page)
Deletes entry card. Ensure that you have deleted events after you have successfully printed entry card.
